This puzzle seems impossible at first, but the secret lies in a trick magnetic latch concealed inside the puzzle. To release this latch, firmly tap one of the short sides of the puzzle on a table or your hand. This should release the latch, and one of the pins should come lose. You will now be able to remove the ball.
